We're Here To Help You
We missed you! It’s been hard to be away from the people we care about but thank you for persevering and doing your part to stay safe and stop the spread of coronavirus. We’ve been carefully planning to reopen our facilities and reactivate key programs in the safest manner possible so you can access the services and support you miss and need the most.
We’re here to help you focus on what matters most:
your health, your family and friends, and your community
Taking care of our health is more important now than ever before. At the Y, we’re here to help you stay active and healthy and improve your well-being in spirit, mind and body.
The way we’ll interact with each other will be different, but at the Y, you’ll always be able to connect with people, improve your health and wellness, nurture your children’s potential and help strengthen our community. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect when you return:
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
To use the facility, all members are required to make an appointment 24 hours to seven days in advance online at www.bookaspot.org.
Members will have access to showers before entering the pool, and will be assigned their own individual lane. After your swim, we kindly ask that you dry off and change at home so incoming swimmers may use the showers.
ARRIVAL & PARKING
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Allow one parking space between your neighbor when possible. Begin lining up outside the clearly marked entrance five minutes before your scheduled workout.
You will be greeted with a few health screening questions. For contactless check-in, scan the bar code from your Y app or simply scan your membership card or tag. In areas without a scanner, a greeter will check you in. Youth under 16 must reserve a spot and be accompanied by an adult.
H2O, TOWELS, MATS
Water fountains and locker rooms will be closed. Please remember to bring your own water bottle, towel, and mat.
For your safety, equipment has been spaced 14 feet apart. Kindly maintain six feet while moving throughout the building.
: A team of experts provided additional guidance regarding proper distancing in our exercise areas, weight rooms and pools to ensure your safety. This means, masks are NOT required while lap swimming, in group exercise classes, or while using exercise equipment. There are a few areas where masks maybe required. We also ask that you kindly wear your mask to and from the facility.
EXPERIENCE A HEALTHIER, CLEANER FACILITY
We've taken cleaning to a higher standard and are asking you to help maintain a healthy environment by wiping down equipment before and after use. Y team members are also disinfecting after each session. And because we know that's not enough, professional cleaning crews sanitize the entire facility nightly.
Additional sanitation stations have been installed in several new locations throughout the building. Please sanitize hands frequently.
SIGN NEW MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
All returning members are required to sign a new membership agreement outlining new COVID-19 safety measures. For easy access, simply scan the QR code below.
