We offer Les Mills/BODYPUMP™ classes!

The YMCA offers BODYPUMP™ by Les Mills as part of our Group Exercise lineup! Registration can be done 24 hours in advance for each class. Members can register online or contact the Welcome Center. Non-Members will need to contact the Welcome Center at 401-521-0155 before registering. See the BODYPUMP™ schedule here.
