Les Mills BODYPUMP Demo Class Schedule

The YMCA is introducing LesMills BodyPump to its Group Exercise lineup! The association wide launch will occur on Saturday, December 6th. We will hold demo class throughout the month of December. During the month of December, members and their guests can try BodyPump. After January 1st, only members will be able to register to for BodyPump. We will begin distributing guest passes for a free trial class on Thanksgiving. Registration is done 24 hours in advance for each class. Members can register online or contact the Welcome Center. Non Members will need to contact the Welcome Center at 401-245-2444 before registering. Take a peek at our  BodyPump Demo Class Schedule below!
