Adult Sports
Adult Sports are for individuals 18 years and older. The following sports programs meet on both a formal league and drop-in league basis throughout different seasons during the year: basketball, volleyball, and golf. Teen Sports
Teen sports are for individuals 13 years old and up. The following programs are offered for teens throughout different seasons of the year on a drop-in or league basis: indoor soccer, golf, basketball, and sports clinics. Pre-School & Youth Sports
Pre-school and Youth Sports are designed to be an introduction to the fun and fitness of sports. Fun activities and games introduce rules and skills of the game, team concepts and fair play. Pre-school sports are for individuals who are between the ages of 3 and 6 years of age and Youth Sports are for children ages 6 to 13. The following sports programs are offered for both age groups: basketball, soccer, t-ball/baseball, flag football, gymnastics, golf, archery, kickball, floor hockey, martial arts, dodge ball, home school sports, indoor soccer, sports variety, parent/child sports, tennis, and sports clinics.
