Words of Wisdom to Other Gymnasts:
To the younger gymnasts who are serious about continuing in this sport, I would like to tell you to first and foremost to follow your dreams and push through all situations in attempt to overcome your personal, physical, or even mental obstacles. Also, remember that you are your own worst critic and that everyone makes mistakes.  Just because you fall off beam or mess up your floor routine, its not the end of the world and everyone has room for improvement.  I have been through difficult and frustrating situations and have lived through each and everyone one of them.  Good Luck in the future and continue to follow your dreams because they will be what gets you through the worst situations and push you to be better than you already are.
