School Age

The YMCA Out of School Time program is designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children have the opportunity to gain new skills and grow socially. At the YMCA, we believe quality programming is holistic, meeting each child’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical and educational needs.

Our program blends traditional after-school activities with quality enrichment programs. Children choose their own enrichment programs and commit to learning for eight to ten weeks. Our enrichment programs focus on the following core areas:

  • Arts and Humanities
  • Character Development
