Sports
Participating in organized sports has many positive effects for kids and adults. Among them are the development of teamwork, communication skills, self-confidence, mental health, physical fitness and school success! The Cranston YMCA makes sports fun by emphasizing cooperation over competition; and with the YMCA’s financial assistance program, “everybody plays, everybody wins” is more than a philosophy - it’s a promise!
Join us this spring as the Cranston YMCA continues to offer quality pre-school, youth and adult sports programming. As the weather to gets nicer, join our sports coordinator, Chris Love, and the rest of our sports staff and volunteers for outdoor fun.
