Inside and out, the Bayside Family Y has the program space and amenities to serve diverse needs. Utilizing the branch’s multi-purpose rooms, gymnasium and aerobics studio, there is always something going on.

For convenience, the Bayside Y has locker rooms for males, females and families.

Enjoy the benefits of swimming or other aquatics activities in the heated water of the Bayside Y’s 25-yard indoor pool, with four lanes for lap swim. Or, in the summer months, head outside to the outdoor pool where six lanes are available to swimmers.

Before or after your chosen activity, be sure to stop by our lobby where a friendly staff member is waiting to say hello. Help yourself to a cup of coffee and enjoy the company of friends in our lounge area.
