The YMCA Youth and Adult Sports Philosophy encourages active participation in a healthy and supportive environment that allows participants to reach their full potential.
The YMCA Core Values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are integral in the sports programs that are offered at the YMCA.

Some of our program offerings are:

Adult Sports
- Co-ed Volleyball League: Tuesday nights at either 7:30 or 8:30PM. This program is open to members and non-members ages 15 and up and requires pre-registration. For registration information email Chris Robinson at crobinson@gpymca.org.
- 3 On 3 Basketball League: Thursday nights - either a 7:45 or 8:30PM game time. Register as a team or an individual, ages 18 and up. For registration information contact Chris Robinson at crobinson@gpymca.org.
- Martial Arts: Based on the Tae Kwon Do philosophy, this program helps build self-esteem and confidence.

Youth Sports

Basketball: From September to June, there are opportunities for kids ages 4 to 17 to take part in various basketball leagues, clinics, and programs. For an updated registration form, please email jdutil@gpymca.org .

Soccer: Register your 4- to 8-year-old for our Youth Soccer league, which takes place during the Fall 1 session. Registration begins in July. For an updated registration form, please email jdutil@gpymca.org .
- T-ball/Baseball: This program is offered to children ages 4 to 8 during the Spring 2 session. For an updated registration form, please email jdutil@gpymca.org .
- Softball: This program is offered to girls ages 6 to 10 during the Spring 2 session. For an updated registration form, please email jdutil@gpymca.org .
- Flag football: This co-ed program, offered both during Fall 1 and Spring 2, teaches 6- to 10-year-olds the basics to help prepare them for future football endeavors. For an updated registration form, please email jdutil@gpymca.org .
- Gymnastics: We start them tumbling at age 3 and offer this program to children up to the age of 14.
- Golf
- Archery: Taught by a YMCA certified archery instructor, this program offered to ages 7 & up, is held on our camp grounds in a fun, safe, and non-competitive setting.
- Kickball
- Floor hockey
- Martial Arts: Based on the Tae Kwon Do philosophy, this program helps build self-esteem and confidence.
- Dodgeball:
- Tennis: This program is taught by a United States Tennis Association coach and is offered to individuals ages 5 and up.
