  • Getting Started

The East Side/Mt. Hope YMCA is a proud participant of YMCA Activate America, a bold approach to directly address our nation's growing health crisis. 80% of the population is what we call Health Seekers - people who want to start a healthy routine but are not quite sure where to start, or people who start then stop. Then start. Then stop.
The Y is committed to helping Health Seekers find balance and support to live healthier lives.  By creating supportive relationships and environments, we help people meet their wellness goals.  We encourage you to sign up for a wellness consultation with one of our wellness coaches and begin again on your quest for a healthier lifestyle at the Y.
