Programs – Health and Wellness
The YMCA provides a variety of health and wellness programs, including land and water group fitness classes for families and individuals of all ages, health and wellness seminars, post-rehab programs, personalized training programs, and social opportunities for seniors and families.
This all-inclusive approach is what sets the YMCA apart from your typical fitness facility.

Group exercise classes are offered morning, afternoon and evenings in addition to weekend classes. With 2 Aerobic Studios and a Group Cycling Studio, we are able to offer a variety of classes that fit any fitness level and serve a variety of interests. Our trained instructors ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable while providing a safe yet effective workout. Teens 15 and older are invited to participate in any of our Group Exercise programs. Post Rehab/Maintenance Programs
Live Strong at the YMCA is a 12-week small group program designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment or disease.
