Senior Volunteer of the Year

Aside from being one of the most dedicated of New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fans, Marion is always ready with a smile and a welcoming touch at the Newman YMCA.

When someone cannot get here for their senior class because of transportation, Marion will offer and provide a ride. When someone new comes to the class she is our welcoming and orientation committee. She is a great help setting up and putting away equipment.

Her everyday attitude is as sweet and infectious as the candy she makes sure every one around her gets when she is at the Y. Her care for the people around her exemplifies the YMCA’s core values of caring, respect, honesty, and responsibility.
