Kindergarten
The Cranston YMCA offers Kindergarten at our Kid’s World Child Care Site. Our Kindergarten is licensed by the State of RI Department of Education and is taught by our certified teachers. Our small class size allows for a ratio of 12 students per teacher. Children work independently and in small groups to gain readiness skills through meaningful, hands-on experience. Independence, responsibility and working cooperatively with classmates is encouraged.
Hours
The Cranston YMCA Kindergarten follows the Cranston School curriculum and calendar. Class time is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and childcare is provided before school from 6:45 AM and after school until 6:00 PM.

The Cranston YMCA Kindergarten is located at The John O. Pastore Center, 600 New London Avenue, Cranston, RI.
