WELCOME TO THE WEST BAY FAMILY YMCA
The West Bay Family YMCA offers programs in Health & Fitness, Aquatics, and Arts & Humanities. At the YMCA, all of our programs and activities keep the development of a healthy spirit, mind and body at its core. Program offerings focus on families, youth, teens, adults and older adults. Y child-care programs provide quality experiences that are age-appropriate and focus on the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. The West Bay Family YMCA offers a preschool enrichment program, a School’s Out (before- and after-school care) Program and summer day programs.
At the YMCA we serve the whole community. In keeping with this policy, financial assistance is available for those in need. Forms are available at the Welcome Center. All information is confidential. As a volunteer-led, volunteer- based organization, each person has the ability, and is encouraged to become part of the shaping and creation of their YMCA. Individuals can volunteer at the Y in a variety of ways. If you are interested in more information, call us at 401-295-6501, or stop by our Welcome Center.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
New members have 30 days from the inception date of membership to decide if the YMCA is the place for them. If you are not completely satisfied you will receive a full refund, including the joiner’s fee. To do so, you must complete the appropriate form available at the Member Service Center. The form must be completed no later than 30 days after the date on your membership receipt.
You may cancel your membership at any time and receive a refund of unused months if you choose to pay the annual fee. If you pay your fees monthly through our automatic payment plan, you may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
The West Bay Family YMCA will defer memberships for a maximum of four months annually. A 30-day written notice is required. Automatic payments will be deferred for up to four months and will automatically be reinstated after that period of time. Annual memberships will be extended for up to four months from the original anniversary date.
We serve the whole community, and no one will ever be turned away because of financial restrictions. Financial Aid is available for both memberships and programs, for anyone who may qualify. In 2012 we provided assistance to almost 1,000 members of our community.
