BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

We run two adult rec programs each session. These programs are FREE to members (anyone age 16+), and are held Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30 – 8:30pm.  It's your chance try new sports and exercise beyond the traditional gym equipment. Plus, it's a great social atmosphere!

In addition to strengthening and conditioning, we offer personal training in yoga, Pilates, water exercise, and more. We will customize your program to suit your needs. Trainers are available to work with you one-on-one, with a buddy, or in a small group setting. You can also choose from one-hour sessions or our 30-minute quick train option. Cancer is a life-changing disease that takes a tremendous physical and emotional toll on those affected. The Y and the LIVESTRONG Foundation have joined together to create LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health. Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals such as building muscle mass and strength; increasing flexibility and endurance; and improving confidence and self-esteem. By focusing on the whole person and not the disease, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is helping people move beyond cancer in spirit, mind and body. Daytime and evening classes are available.
