Thanks, Bayside!

"I wish to thank you for all you have done for us in the Matter of Balance program. I have learned so many things about myself and my limitations. Now, I can think twice about all my choices, and find the safest one for me. I am no longer afraid to do the things I always enjoyed, but to look at ways I can achieve them safely. I have learned to never give up – with all the safety rules and lessons on falling, we have all kinds of help. Thanks to you, I have gotten my self-esteem back.”  -- Phyllis
