Facts and Figures

• Cranston YMCA currently serves more than 6,500 members in Cranston, Johnston, and Scituate.
  
  
• We currently enroll 250 children at six child-care sites throughout the City of Cranston.
  
  
• Kids' World, located in the John O. Pastore Center, offers a full-day, state-licensed kindergarten. 
  
  
• We have an active and growing Swim Team of more than 70 participants, ranging in age from 6 to 18.
  
  
• In collaboration with The Rotary Club of Cranston, we provide Thanksgiving Baskets for families in need each year.
  
  
• Our collaboration with Meeting Street School provides outdoor camping opportunities to disabled children.
  
  
• Cranston YMCA, through our Strong Kids campaign, provides financial assistance to more than  800 people annually.
  
  
• In partnership with the State of RI, we provide recreational activities for adults with special needs at Eleanor Slater and Zambarano Hospitals.
  
  
• Our ACA accredited Camp Massasoit in Johnston offers children ages 5 to 17 an outdoor day camping experience

• Our recently renovated locker room facilities are family friendly and user friendly for our disabled members.
  
  
• At 25 yards long, the Cranston YMCA hosts one of the largest pools in the Greater Providence YMCA association.
